About
All In to Vote

We stand for civic learning, political engagement, and student voter participation.

Our Mission

The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge strives for a more vibrant, equitable, and inclusive democracy — one in which all voices are heard. We envision a country in which the electorate mirrors our country’s makeup and college students are democratically engaged on an ongoing basis, during and between elections, and not just at the polls.

The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge is a national, nonpartisan initiative of Civic Nation, a 501(c)3.

Our History

Founded in 2016, the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge believes that higher education plays a role in graduating students into voters, and we work to close electoral participation gaps that persist by race and age.

Through an intentionally designed program — which provides structure, support, and recognition — the ALL IN Challenge strengthens college and university efforts to improve civic learning, political engagement, and voter participation.  Campuses engaged in ALL IN leading up to the 2020 presidential election had student voting rates that averaged 3.7 percentage points higher than campuses that did not.

ALL IN currently has more than 1,000 participating campuses in 50 states plus DC representing more than 10 million students.
